Yes — this is the foundation of the service. Your chauffeur is assigned to you personally from arrival to departure. The same driver collects you at the airport, waits at your hotel each morning, drives you to meetings, dinners, and day trips, and returns you to the gate when you leave. No rotation, no strangers.

Every Belvedere private chauffeur is fluent in English. Our despatch and account teams also operate entirely in English — every message, itinerary, and invoice is handled in your language. Most of our visiting clients do not speak French; none of them have ever needed to.

We settle in EUR, GBP, or USD against a card on file or via bank transfer from your family office. No corporate account, no Belgian paperwork. Most guests provide a card at the start of their stay; we close out quietly at the end, or send a consolidated invoice to your secretary or family office.

Every Belvedere driver signs a non-disclosure agreement. Your hotel, your itinerary, your companions, your children, and your appointments stay with your chauffeur alone. We do not publish names, share photographs, or discuss clients with any third party — including the hotel concierge who booked you. Many of our longest-standing clients from London, Geneva, Dubai, and Singapore have never appeared in any of our communications.
